On February 10, 2017, the European Union issued the Committee Regulation (EU) 2017/237, to be amended in Appendix III of the Cosmetics Regulations (EU) No 1223/2009, which came into effect 20 days after the issuance of the Official Gazette. Some of the amendments are as follows: Items 8c and 9b are added and the changes to clause 9a are as follows:
